Abstract

Due to increase in internal and external uncertainties, Seoul’s economy continues to grow at a slow pace due to decline in investments and contraction in consumer sentiment. As a result of restructuring of the employment market and preference for recruitment of experienced workers, new jobs have been reduced and the number of unemployed youth is increasing.
