A Study on Educational Performance of Seoul Learn

The objective of this study was to investigate operational status and educational outcomes of Seoul Learn. To accomplish the research objective, literature review, survey, stakeholder FGI and expert consultation were conducted. Results of this study are summarised as follows.
First, the proportion of users using private education decreased before and after joining Seoul Learn. Second, Seoul Learn users' cognitive educational performance showed improvement. Their understanding of school lessons improved in all subjects before and after using Seoul Learn. Their school performance improved. Third, Seoul Learn users' defining educational outcomes improved. Their 'class attitude', 'self-efficacy', 'self-confidence', 'self-directed learning ability' and 'career maturity' increased before and after using Seoul Learn. Based on these findings, researchers suggest the following for future operation of Seoul Learn.
First, it is necessary to improve the quality of Seoul Learn content. Second, the Seoul Learn platform should be upgraded. Third, the number of participants should be expanded in cooperation with related organizations.
